John Pappalardo
Chief Executive Officer
John has led National Hearing Care since July 2006. Since that time, John has steered the company on a significant growth path, taking the business from 39 clinics to over 160 clinics.  Today NHC employs over 700 staff and is the leading provider of hearing services in Australia.  Prior to joining National Hearing Care, John worked for a number of top ASX listed companies spanning industries including, logistics, mail services and building products manufacturing and distribution. He has leadership experience in business strategy, major structural and organizational change programs, start-up ventures and mergers.

Michael Smith
Chief Financial Officer
Michael is the Chief Financial Officer of National Hearing Care having joined the organization in May 2006. Prior to joining NHC, Michael was the Chief Financial Officer and Group Accounting Manager at an AXS listed technology company for 5 years.  Prior to that position Michael worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for approximately 10 years in the Assurance and Risk Management practices providing consulting services to some of Australia's largest corporations across a broad range of industries.  Michael is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant in Australia.

Michelle Lawson
Sales and Operation Director
Michelle joined the NHC Australian business in January 2012 following 3 years as CEO of Bay Audiology NZ.  Michelle is focused on strengthening the productivity and operational effectiveness of the Australia network team.  Michelle has held Australasian Executive Management positions in pharmacy, optometry and audiology.  She brings strong experience in leading a clinical team to deliver excellent client results in a highly profitable business model.

Irene Kalligeris
Human Resource Director
Irene hails from an audiology background.  She joined National Hearing Care in January 2003.  In her professional journey with NHC she has traversed through the roles of Senior Centre Practitioner, Training and Development Manager, Clinical Development Manager and in 2011 assumed the position of Human Resource Director.  In her present role, Irene guides and Manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs within the organization from both an operational and strategic perspective.
