Our Customer Service Officers (CSOs) are passionate and empathetic towards our clients' needs. Customer Service Officers are the face of the clinics, ensuring that all clients are greeted with a bright and welcoming smile. As a Customer Service Officer, you would make our clients feel comfortable while conducting free hearing screenings at our clinics. You will also help answer any preliminary questions or concerns that clients may have at the initial stages of the hearing screening, before referring them to the Audiologist for an in-depth consultation if required.
Our Customer Service Officers are committed to superior ideals of exemplary customer service, possess excellent follow up skills to ensure clients are happy with their consultation and proactively set up appointments for clients with the Audiologist. Our Customer Service Officers are known for quality and are adept at administration work. They have impeccable time management and deliver on competing priorities.
